Terms of Use

Last updated October 12, 2026. These terms cover btctreasurydesk.com, the BTC Treasury Desk Members area, our emails and our videos. They are written in plain English. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Independent. BTC Treasury Desk is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Strategy Inc. (MSTR), Strive (ASST), Michael Saylor, or any other company or person we cover.

1. Education only, not investment advice

  • Everything here (pages, tools, charts, PDFs, emails, videos and posts) is for education and information. None of it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
  • We are not a broker, dealer or registered investment adviser, and using the site does not create a fiduciary, advisory or client relationship.
  • Your decisions are yours. Do your own research, check primary sources, and consider talking to a licensed professional who knows your situation.
  • The host may own securities we discuss (currently MSTR and ASST). We say so on the site and in videos.

2. Data sources & accuracy

  • We use free public and third-party sources: company sites and filings (such as strategy.com and SEC EDGAR), exchange and market-data feeds (such as Coinbase, CoinGecko, CNBC quotes, CoinMarketCap), BitcoinTreasuries.NET, alternative.me and others. Each figure is shown with its source and date where we can.
  • Feeds can be delayed, incomplete, revised or simply wrong, and some quotes are delayed or show the last close when markets are shut. Calculated figures (for example mNAV, yields, ratios and model values) depend on those inputs and on our methods.
  • The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a purpose. Check anything that matters against the primary source.
  • Spotted an error? Tell us (see Contact) and we’ll fix it.

3. Risk disclosure

  • Bitcoin is volatile. Its price can fall sharply and stay down for long periods.
  • Bitcoin treasury company stocks (such as MSTR and ASST) can move more than bitcoin itself, can trade at premiums or discounts to the bitcoin they hold (mNAV), and carry company risks: debt, dilution, preferred dividend obligations, management decisions and regulation.
  • Preferred stocks (such as STRC, STRF, STRK, STRD and SATA) are not bank deposits or bonds. Dividends can be suspended or changed under their terms, prices can fall below par, and seniority only matters in the order set out in each prospectus.
  • Past performance, back-tests and model history do not predict future results. You can lose money, including all of it.

4. Models, indicators and zones are educational, not signals

  • Power Law, Stock-to-Flow, the 200-week MA, Mayer Multiple, Pi Cycle, MVRV-style readings, Model Zones, Desk scores, badges, planners, alerts and similar tools describe history and relationships. They are not trading signals or instructions.
  • Models can stop working, and every one of them has been wrong before. Settings you choose in a tool are your own.
  • Browser notifications or alerts, if you turn them on, are informational and may arrive late or not at all.

5. Members & future paid plans

  • The Members area and the Pro Vault are free for now for anyone who signs up with an email. Access is remembered in your browser; there is no account or password.
  • We may add paid plans later (for example a monthly Desk Member or Desk Pro tier) and move some tools or content behind them. We’ll announce changes before they take effect, and anything already downloaded stays yours to use personally.
  • Billing, cancellation and refunds: no paid plans exist today, so nothing is billed. If we launch paid plans, their price, billing cycle, how to cancel, and refund rules will be shown clearly before you pay, and will be handled by the payment provider used (for example Patreon, Stripe or Ko-fi) under these terms and theirs.
  • We may change, pause or retire tools and content at any time.

6. Email & communications

  • Our emails are sent with Kit (ConvertKit). You only get what you opt in to (for example the weekly Desk email, alerts about new material, or the downloads you pick).
  • Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don’t sell your address.

7. Acceptable use

  • Use the site lawfully and for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Don’t scrape it at volume, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, get around any access controls, or use it to send spam or malware.
  • Don’t present our material as your own, or as advice from us.

8. Intellectual property

  • The site’s text, design, tools, charts, PDFs and videos are owned by BTC Treasury Desk unless noted. You may share links and short quotes with credit and a link back.
  • Company names, tickers and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Quotes are attributed to the person who said them, with a source.

9. Third-party links & embeds

  • We link to and embed third-party services such as YouTube, TradingView, X (Twitter), Kit and data providers. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we don’t control or endorse their content.
  • YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play.

10. Tips & donations

  • Tips (for example via X Money, or a Lightning or on-chain address if we publish one) are voluntary gifts to support the show.
  • A tip doesn’t buy any product, service, perk, priority or influence, and is not refundable. It is not an investment.

11. Privacy summary

  • No accounts and no advertising cookies.
  • Your settings (layouts, chart choices, saved plans, Members unlock) are stored in your own browser’s local storage. They stay on your device unless you export them yourself.
  • If you subscribe, your email and the choices you tick go to Kit to send you those emails.
  • Analytics: if we use any, it will be privacy-friendly and cookieless (such as GoatCounter): aggregate page counts, no personal profiles, no selling of data.
  • Full details: Privacy note.

12. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent the law allows, BTC Treasury Desk and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profits or data) arising from your use of the site, its data or tools, or reliance on anything we publish.
  • If any liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which today is zero.
  • You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. Material changes (for example when paid plans launch) will be announced on the site or by email.

15. Contact
