How it works
Bitcoin per share = bitcoin the company holds ÷ its shares. For Strategy we use strategy.com’s figure on assumed diluted shares; for the others, BitcoinTreasuries.NET basic shares. Holdings and share counts refresh every Sunday; the dollar value uses the live Coinbase BTC price.
Premium or discount. If your shares are worth more than the bitcoin behind them, you pay a premium (mNAV above 1x). Investors pay it for the company’s ability to add bitcoin per share over time; it can shrink fast in a downturn.
What it is not. Shareholders don’t own the coins directly. Debt and preferred stock come first in a wind-down, so this is a proportional measure, not a redemption value.
Education only, not investment advice. Figures can be delayed or wrong; check the company’s filings.
